Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Pipsfolio, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service.

2. The service

Pipsfolio is a forex trading journal and analysis tool. It lets you record trades, calculate risk, and review statistics about your own trading. Pipsfolio is not a broker, not a financial adviser and not investment advice: it does not place orders, hold your funds or manage money for you. If you connect a read-only MT5 bridge, Pipsfolio reads market candles from it; it never places trades.

3. No financial advice

The numbers, statistics and analysis shown in Pipsfolio are for information only. They are not a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Every trading decision you make, and its result, is your own responsibility.

4. Risk warning

Trading forex with leverage carries a high risk of losing money. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Never trade money you cannot afford to lose.

5. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for the accuracy of the data you enter. One account per person. Tell us at support@pipsfolio.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

6. Acceptable use

• do not misuse the service or attempt to access another user’s data;
• do not overload, scrape, probe or disrupt the service or its API;
• do not break the law or infringe the rights of others.

7. Subscriptions and pricing

Payments are not enabled yet, so nothing is charged today. Plans and prices are displayed in the app and can change. Pipsfolio includes a 14-day free Pro trial; when it ends the account returns to the free plan unless payments have been enabled and you choose to subscribe.

8. Intellectual property

The Pipsfolio code, brand and design belong to us. The trades, notes and other data you enter into your journal remain yours.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of market data, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pipsfolio is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, trading losses, or lost data arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms. You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account — see “Your rights” in the Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
